3D Analysis of Murine Fibroblasts
Fully automated quantification of cytoskeletal dynamics of murine fibroblasts in culture using Definiens Developer XD. F-Actin stain is shown in red, Tubulin stain in green and nuclear stain in blue, respectively.
Readouts: Number of cells, covered area, conflueny, relative nuclear volume per cell, focal contacts, volume and density of Actin and Tubulin, Tubulin bridges indicating recently divided cells.
