Both software suites can process images from any instrument or source, with any degree of complexity. They enable you to create customized image analysis solutions that are rapid, automatic and accurate for all modern imaging instruments, including optical microscopy, digital slide scanners, MicroCT and optical non-invasive scanners.


Pre-packaged Applications

Alternatively, you can also take advantage of our pre-packaged applications (developed by Definiens or its partners) which you can modify to meet your specific needs. By bringing together the required image analysis rule-sets, workflows, data management and visualization tools in an easy-to-use and -install environment, we accelerate the analysis of images. • Histopathology
  Conventional manual screening processes are labor intensive and costly. They run a significant risk of human error in identifying efficacy and toxicity profiles. Compounding the challenge, statutory regulations are becoming increasingly stringent with a demand for more accurate and consistent data. Definiens Tissue Studio™ is a highly advanced digital pathology image analysis solution for translational biomarker research. The out-of-the-box software application is able to analyze heterogeneous tissues, identify individual cells and the sub-cellular objects within them, and to conduct extremely accurate cell-by-cell measurements.
• Cell-based assays
  Automated image analysis is commonly used in high-content analysis. However, current image analysis solutions on the market are often narrow in scope, platform-dependent, proprietory and perform well only on simple image analysis tasks. Definiens Cellenger® is a truly platform-independent image analysis system designed specifically for high-content assays which also allows cell-based assay data to be combined with data from other systems such as digital slide scanners.
