In-Company Training with Definiens

In-company training is a cost effective option where up to twenty staff have the same or similar training need. It will benefit your business by ensuring learning continuity during and after your training. Delivering in-company training programs at your premises will ensure minimum interruption to your business day, save you money on travel and hotel accommodation and provide the training to your staff in familiar surroundings which is conducive to retention of knowledge.

Regular Courses
All of the regular training courses offered by Definiens can be run in-company.

Customized Courses
We are able to design and deliver bespoke training programmes for you and your team, tailored to meet your specific requirements and individuals learning needs. An eCognition trainer will work with you to fully understand your requirements and establish with you how to achieve your objectives.

Number of Trainees
Minimum ratio of trainer to trainee is 1:10. For a class larger than 10 trainees, additional trainer is required to act as facilitator to assist the trainees. Maximum number of trainees per class is 20 (=2 trainers).

Location
In-company training can be run at your premises or at a venue of your choice.

Fee
Rather than paying per delegate, you'll pay a flat daily fee, keeping you fully in control of your budget. And because our trainers come to you, you don't have the inconvenience and costs incurred by taking your employees out of the workplace for a couple of days.

Thus, you should plan for three types of cost the session fee, the trainers' actual travel and accommodation expenses, and the training materials and handout duplication.
