Definiens to supply eCognition to MACRES
| Munich, Germany / Richmond Hill, Canada, September 22, 2004 - Definiens will supply several licenses of its unique image classification software eCognition Professional to the Malaysian Centre for Remote Sensing (MACRES). The delivery is part of a $1.2 million contract that PCI Geomatics, a global distributor of eCognition software, has been awarded by MACRES. Products to be supplied include PCI's Geomatica® software, EarthView® from Atlantis, eCognition®, services and training. Product will be delivered through the PCI Geomatics Reseller for Malaysia, Jurupro Sdn Bhd. The software will be used to support the activities of the MACRES Ground Receiving Station. |
