Training materials consist of images, solution files, and tutorials that guide the new user through three different use cases step by step. After completing all three modules, trainees will have a clear understanding of the essential features and functions of Definiens Tissue Studio, and will be able to configure a solution specifically for their image data.

All modules are accompanied by in-depth tutorials for further content revision after the course as may be needed.

Definiens Developer XD Training

Become a rule set developer and learn how to analyze images using the advanced features of Definiens Cognition Network Technology^®. Writing rule sets in Definiens Cognition Network Language facilitates extremely rapid prototyping, and fast development of robust solutions.

The Definiens Academy provides you with a comprehensive educational framework for the development of advanced image analyses. Definiens Academy Training will give you the ability to tackle all the image analysis tasks that are part of your daily routine – even if they are complex or urgent – with unprecedented quantification depth and accuracy.

The curriculum comprises four training levels wich are available either as individual units or as a group. Definiens recommends an overall timescale between three months and one year.

After each course, the participants practice the training content using their own image data. Following the initial two Basic Training classes, the curriculum branches off into separate Advanced Training modules for users working on two-dimensional images, such as high-content assays and tissue analyses, and multidimensional applications, such as radiology, small animal imaging, and confocal microscopy.

As well as on-location training, Definiens offers in-house training classes at its Munich (Germany) and Parsippany (N.J. / U.S.) locations.

Basic Training I and II are also available as auto-learning materials for self-study.
